Don't hesitate to reach out to us for weekly rates. LA LA Land is beautiful with amazing views of the Griffith Park Observatory, as well as staggering city views, especially when the sun goes down. It really is unbeatable! The exterior is classic 1920's Spanish architecture. Start your day with yoga on the lawn, while looking at an amazing view of the city, relax on the lounge chairs, and then hit the hustle and bustle of hip Los Feliz/Silver Lake & Hollywood, full of creative types - actors, artists, writers and movie producers. Who knows who you might be sitting next to having brunch! There are plenty of great places to eat and fun bars to drink the night away in. From La La Land, you can easily get to all the amazing things to do in Los Angeles. The studio is below the main house, downhill, on the backside of the property, facing west, which is why we are privileged to have the most amazing views & sunsets in Los Angeles. Since the studio is below the main house, you will occasionally hear footsteps above from us and the dog walking around. If you are highly sensitive to noises this may not be ideal for you. We do our best to keep the sounds of footsteps to a minimum. The backyard is very private by big city standards. We live in one of the biggest cities in the world and private is a relative term. Lol. We have neighbors to the left and to the right, and above the La La Land deck is the main house deck that we enjoy as well. So, occasionally you will hear the neighbors enjoying their outdoor space, as well as us on the deck above which we do often because it is so lovely out there. I am saying this because I dont want you thinking that you will be in a private oasis away from everyone. :)

Full kitchen with refrigerator, antique oven, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker. Neighborhood: The studio is located in the one of the most prime location in Los Angeles. In the Los Feliz/Silver Lake area. More specifically Franklin Hills, which is a small hill that overlooks Los Angeles and Griffith Park. With amazing views across the city to the ocean. The neighborhood has very walkable streets, parks, shops, restaurants, etc.
