Welcome to your private Los Angeles retreat, a bright, clean, and thoughtfully designed studio that combines comfort and simplicity. This entire private studio is fully equipped, and utilities are included, allowing you to settle in without the extra hassle. Inside, the room feels open and cozy with a twin-size bed and a matching trundle bed tucked neatly underneath for extra sleeping space. The layout provides everything you need to relax and recharge: a 3-seater couch, a comfortable chair, and a coffee table that lifts when you want to snack or work from the sofa. A smart TV with Roku is ready for your favorite shows, and there's a desk and chair if you need to get some work done. In the studio there are : A toaster oven , bagels toaster. hot plate, a kettle, a small fridge and more . The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a clean, single-sink vanity, providing a fresh start to your mornings. You'll also find a dresser for your belongings, a mini fridge, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker, perfect for light meals or your morning caffeine fix. If you want to cook more extensively, there's a kitchen available to rent just outside the studio. Central heating and air conditioning keep the temperature just right year-round, and Wi-Fi keeps you connected. Your entrance is entirely private, accessed through the rear of the main house, providing you with a sense of independence and privacy. Step outside and enjoy the sunny backyard. There's a small patio area with a table and chairs where you can sip coffee, read, or simply unwind. The property is fully fenced and gated, with a security code at the main entrance for peace of mind. Street parking is available, with up to 24 hours of free parking. A 3 months parking pass can also be provided for $30 if you prefer a more extended stay. Need extra cleaning? The owner can help set that up for a small additional fee. You'll love how quiet and restful the area is while still being close to all that makes LA fun, from trendy cafes to iconic attractions. Kitchen : (please read carefully) I provide a separate full Kitchen, located outside the studio . There is an additional $250 monthly charge To use the kitchen or $70 for minimum one week. We hope you feel completely at home here. It's a clean, calm, and welcoming space where you can relax, work, and truly enjoy your time in the city. Important . There will be increased rate of $30 a night during the World Cup season , from 6/12/2026 to 7/12/2026 .
