The space

An ideal space for 1-2 people and a small pet. Features a large full kitchen and a large private back patio with a fountain, outdoor furniture, rock garden and shaded by a lemon tree. High ceilings make it spacious. Offers a walk-in closet with a collapsible desk/office/writing area. Prefer a commitment of 3 months minimum and 4 months maximum. Extra monthly rate and deposit for 2 people, and extra cleaning fee and deposit for more than 1 pet. Neighborhood: Mid-City has a very neighborhood feel yet its about a 20 minute drive to the beach and to downtown because of its centralized location. There are lovely locally owned coffee shops and restaurants just a few blocks away as well as a large grocery store. The neighbors are friendly and many have been here for over 30 years.
