The space

This is a perfect location for a couple or individual that need a larger place to WFH or need separate hobby rooms. The den doubles as a guest room or office. The location is central to everything in LA. I have plenty of outdoor space for BBQs, sunbathing and lounging. I'm open to small dogs. Neighborhood: Olympic Park is a quiet neighborhood of mostly multifamily homes. We have quite a few parks nearby too. There are big box shopping centers and stores within a 10 min walk. It is very central to downtown and the Westside.
