Modernist post and beam pool house in the heart of Silverlake. Designed by Emily Ain, daughter of Gregory. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, dog park, reservoir path. One bedroom poolhouse with large yard and two private terraces. The bedroom has a queen bed, and there is a large single daybed that can accommodate one more person. Private entrance. Just steps to pool/ hot tub. Close to everything but very quiet and secluded. Very groovy area and family friendly. There is a playground two blocks away, and there's a library around the corner. Walking distance to a Whole Foods and other shops. Easy access to freeways and downtown. 15 minutes to Pasadena. 10 Minutes to Dodger Stadium. Have a swim, play some bocce ball, and sit around your private firepit with a glass of wine! Pool house is located at the back of the property, behind the main house and pool.

The space

One bedroom pool house with two private terraces. There is an open plan kitchen and living room. Sleeps two, three in a pinch. Open the retractable glass doors on two sides of the living room open up to create a true indoor/outdoor experience. Or pull down the roller shades and use them to project a movie. The house is away from the street, quiet and private. There is a pool and jacuzzi shared between the pool house and the main house. There is a 3/4 bath, with indoor/outdoor private shower.
