Split AC/heaters and over head fans for temperature control are located in both the bedroom and the living room areas. Dedicated work/office area as well as a TV with Apple TV and Spectrum cable for all your entertainment and streaming. Bedroom is furnished with one medium firmness queen bed and a full sized closet for storage. Room darkening shades in the bedroom. The unit is fully equipped with a stacked washer and dryer inside a closet. The ADU is located behind a two story duplex on a gated property. Ample street parking with permit. The landscape lighting is on a timer that gives lovely ambiance along the driveway walkway area. Please enter through the pedestrian gate. Access code provided upon arrival. Gate locks once closed. Please minimize slamming the gate. Guests are free to park on either side of the street. Street cleaning days are in effect Monday and Tuesday from 12-3pm. This is a fully-permitted, in-compliance Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU)
