This 1-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse is approximately 400 sq ft and is newly constructed. Includes a living room with a full kitchen, brand-new appliances (Smart HD TV, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, washer, and dryer), and a full bathroom with large shower. There are two A/C/heating units - one in the bedroom and one in the living room. Bedroom includes a queen-sized bed, 2 nightstands, and a wardrobe. Couch could accommodate one person (approx. twin-size). There is a dining table for 2, and the coffee table also includes 4 small seats if you have guests over. The couch and the coffee table also feature hidden storage areas. If you have larger items that need to be stored, please feel free to reach out to us - we can work something out. We are pet-friendly for smaller pets (45 lbs and under), but please discuss with us first. We will provide dishes, pots and pans, utensils, coffeemaker, Instant Pot, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. If there are things you need or if you need to borrow anything to cook, again, please feel free to reach out to us - we are right here. We will not bother you, but we are here to help if needed. We do have gardening/landscapers that come by on Wednesdays. You will have this entire guesthouse to yourself with no shared walls. The guesthouse is in our backyard at the rear of our property, and our driveway is gated so you can feel secure. We live in the main house, and both my husband and I work from home, so we are available most of the time if you have any questions or need help with anything. Our yard is fully fenced so if you have pets, they will be secure within the yard. Please be mindful, there is no smoking allowed on this property. The neighborhood is very walkable, and if you do have a dog, there is a park up the street (Wattles Garden Park) where you can let your dog run around and play with some other dogs. Or hike all the way up the hill and enjoy amazing views of LA! Great restaurants and cafes are nearby, and you are in the heart of everything Hollywood and West Hollywood have to offer. This is an iconic and historic neighborhood (known as Sunset Square) with lots of Hollywood history, and it is also one of the few neighborhoods within Los Angeles that is in the heart of the city but still feels residential. You are steps away from renowned hiking destination, Runyon Canyon. There's lots to do around here, and we are happy to suggest all sorts of local hidden gems to you.
