This charming, fully furnished 2-bedroom, 1-bath house offers a peaceful, private Venice retreat with indoor/outdoor living, a giant private back patio, high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, laundry, a fully equipped kitchen and street parking with permit provided. The house is located in a residential pocket of Venice, approximately 1 mile from Venice Beach. You're close enough to walk or bike to the beach and boardwalk, while being far enough away to enjoy a quieter neighborhood at the end of the day. You'll have easy access to • Venice Beach and the boardwalk • Abbot Kinney Boulevard • Restaurants, coffee shops and local markets • Santa Monica • Marina del Rey • Playa Vista • Culver City and the Westside This is a great location for someone who wants to experience Venice as a local. PRIVACY The house is completely private. The owners live in a separate residence at the rear of the property. The two homes are separated by fencing, landscaping and greenery, so you have your own private living space and large private patio. The owners are nearby if you need something, but otherwise give guests their space. PARKING Street parking is free and plentiful, as we provide a parking permit for your stay. We have two friendly cats who live with us in our separate residence. They occasionally wander through the garden and may stop by to say hello. The rental itself is strictly no-pets. If you are highly allergic to cats, please let us know before booking so we can make sure this is a good fit. If you're coming to Los Angeles for work, a relocation, a renovation, or because your home is temporarily unavailable, we'd be happy to discuss your situation and see whether the house is a good fit.
