Backyard is also shared. The space This is a charming centrally located, private Guest studio guest house with a beautiful yard that is a real oasis. The yard is shared with myself an another person. I also have a 9 1/2 month old dog who is extremely friendly to other dogs and people. ADDITIONAL FEES: This unit is for one person. If you have a guest there is a fee for that. GUEST FEE; There is a $20.00 a night charge for the extra person. If you have a GUEST that stays past 12:00 a.m. then the additional quest fee of $20.00 will apply. CHECK OUT CLEANING FEE $160.00 SMOKING; allowed OUTSIDE ONLY. AUTOMOBILE; There is always plenty of Street parking right in front of the house. There is no need for a permit to park on my street like some neighborhoods. LAUNDRY: 2 free washes & 2 free dryer allowed once a week. Anything after that is a $10.00 fee for 1 wash & 1 dry. There is also a newly remodeled laundromat around the corner. ANIMALS; This is a pet friendly home 1 dog or 1 cat, or 2 SMALL dogs at 25 lbs each or less. DOG RULES; Please, walk your dog in the neighborhood. Please do not use the backyard for a place for them to poop & pee, as the backyard is used for yoga classes from time to time. If you're a dog accidentally poop in the backyard then please be mindful to others & pick up after your dog. If they pee on the grass, pour water on the area as dog urine burns & kills the grass. Water is supplied. Dogs cannot be left in the yard unattended or create a nuisance to neighbors with barking. CHECK IN: 4:00 p.m to 11:00pm If you need to check in earlier then 4:00p.m., most of the time I can accommodate your request. CHECK OUT: 11:00 a.m. If you need an additional 1/2 an hour to check out, please advise no later then 9:00 a.m. on day of check out. This is a NON SMOKING Guesthse A You can SMOKE OUTSIDE. If you smoke in the room a $500.00 fee will be added to your reservation. In addition any revenue loss from having to cancel a reservation due to smoke odor, will be paid by guest. You can smoke outside. FEATURES private entrance, recessed lighting, laminate wood flooring, air conditioning, heating, efficiency kitchen with small frig., Sink, Keurig coffee maker, Microwave, iron &small ironing board, Hair dryer, The Futon bed has a down comforter, down pillows & is very comfortable because of the extra cushioning. There is a washer and dryer on the property but there is an additional fee of $10 for one wash and one dry. Although there is a new facility to wash and dry your clothes right around the corner from my house. Also provided: Sony TV with Direct TV & Wireless internet PLEASE NOTE: I require a copy of your drivers license and a rental agreement. Other things to note There is an out door camera over the garage facing the driveway. There is a camera on my homes patio which is not part of the listing and at the front door of my house also not part of the of listing .
