The charming living room with period details like coved ceilings, a decorative fireplace and functional wood-paned windows also features a smart TV with Roku and a spacious closet. The thoughtfully remodeled kitchen is equipped with a full-sized gas stove, built-in microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal and plenty of storage, pots, pans and dishes. Coffee maker, coffee, basic supplies and seasonings are onsite for your convenience. (For additional groceries, Erewhon is 3 flat blocks away and Yummy is five blocks; Yummy will also deliver in about 30 minutes.) The cozy, quiet bedroom at the rear of the house overlooks the garden and features a new mattress and soft, cotton linens. The windows have lined privacy shades and curtains so you can let in as much or as little sunlight as you like. An additional closet and a large dresser provide storage for your clothing and shoes. The crisp, white bathroom offers plenty of hot water, excellent pressure, towels, toiletries and a hairdryer. Extras are in the hallway linen closet where there is more space for your own belongings. A full-length mirror, an iron and ironing board are provided. Both the living room and the bedroom have their own mini-splits with remote controls to keep you cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter.
