We kindly request not to park as to block the trash cans so we can properly move them. We do store maintenance gear in the garage, and although unlikely, there may be a time where we need to retrieve something via the side gate. We will give proper notice and wait for response/confirmation, while making sure not to disturb you (we will never enter the building, only outside side gate if necessary).
