The space

3 bed 3 bath with an office. The office has a pull out couch but is not recommended to be used as an extra bedroom since the space is open, no doors or closets. Floor to ceiling windows in the master bedroom give you views of the Franklin Hills and Griffith Park. But also- Blackout curtains for a great night sleep. Neighborhood: We are an easy walk to both the hearts of Los Feliz and Silverlake but not so close that you hear any noise. Walkable to all the restaurants and cute shops. We loved walked the neighborhood with our kids and our dogs. Franklin Elementary, King Middle School and John Marshall High School are all within walking distance.
