We rent this space via Airbnb and have had the opportunity to tweak things along the way to ensure it has everything you need. Guests describe it as very private, peaceful and beautiful. They're often surprised that they were able to find a relaxing escape within the heart of the city and we're proud to be able to provide that. The studio feels like a large hotel room with plenty of windows and light when you want it. While also having black out shades for those moments you desire to hunker down and get cozy.

The space

The space is private and surrounded by plants and trees. Everything you need to feel comfortable and at home is there with the addition of sweet family energy on the property and in the neighborhood. There is also a fantastic hot tub that is always kept on. Neighborhood: The property is located in Picfair Village, a charming, centrally located neighborhood in LA, bordered by Pico Boulevard to the north, Hauser Boulevard to the east, Venice Boulevard to the south, and Fairfax Avenue to the west. The area is known for its tree-lined streets, Spanish Colonial Revival and Art Deco homes, and a strong sense of community. You'll find lots of people walking dogs and our kids playing in the streets.
