This is a brand new, designer unit in a guest house on a double-city lot, offering a park-like feeling. Grand View Blvd is one of the prettiest and most desirable streets in Los Angeles featuring the top rated Sunday farmer's market in the city. We have several gardens located throughout our property, featuring a Ruth Shellhorn garden at entry (Roy Disney's landscape designer who designed Disneyland) which was rescued from a Beverly HIlls residence and moved here. The sense of stillness and tranquility is luxurious here because we are in the middle of a city, hearing almost nothing but birds. Our neighborhood is safe, but security is important to us: a locked gate at entrance, security cameras on perimeters, and an 8' high security and privacy fence at the rear.
