Enjoy a fresh Nespresso in the kitchen before you head to work, or pop across the street for a barista coffee and pastry at The Oaks Gourmet. Walking neighborhood; within 1 Block enjoy the following on the business strip: Grocery store (Gelsons) The Oaks Gourmet & coffee Sushi Stop Kreation Juices La Vilita Cantina Mexican Food and Bar UCB Improv Theater (Shows nightly) Bird's Restaurant and Bar (Americana) Counterpoint Records & Books Canyon Clothing Boutique Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Fresh Brothers NEW Nail Salon in the block Daily Planet Books, Mags & Gifts. 1 Mile to Bronson Canyon for California Canyon hikes! 0.6 Miles from: Netflix, CBSViacom, NeueHouse Hollywood. Walk or Scoot! I have a small, friendly rescue pup who likes to cuddle if I'm not home. I manage a Med-Spa during the weekdays and can extend discounts to my guests if interested ;) The bedroom has a big window with lots of sunlight, and heavy shades and a complimentary fresh sleep mask and ear plugs for daytime sleeping needs. Relatively quiet spot, but my unit is on the street, so noise can sometimes drive by. The bathroom features a pristine mid-century pink tile shower with modern upgrades. I'm pretty quiet when I'm home, I got to bed relatively early and have no problems with late shift arrivals. I work with Nurses so you're in good company :) No smoking inside or on property grounds, California law requires 20 feet from residence. Vape ok!
