Kitchen area provides full size stove and oven, microwave, full size refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, and water filter with cold and instant-hot water. Full size washer and dryer sit behind louvered doors in a separate closet. Closet space is large with internal dresser and ample shelving.

The space

This charming, bright ADU features two remote controlled skylights and a complete kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, filtered water, disposal, full size range, microwave, coffee maker, and utensils of all sorts. TV is on a swing arm viewable from couch or bed. Full size washer and dryer are stacked in their own closet. Storage closet is large with internal dresser and lots of space. The desk area provides a separate office nook with desk for office materials and laptop. WiFi is included. Neighborhood: Quiet, safe West Los Angeles neighborhood. Ample street parking in front of ADU. Walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, and transportation. 10 minute drive to Santa Monica beach. The 10 and 405 freeways are minutes away and are the gateway to beaches, downtown LA, and San Fernando Valley. <br />
