• Contract workers

Room · 130 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · Pets welcome ($200 pet fee/deposit).

The room is in a cozy four bedroom house with a large living space and kitchen that the tenant is very welcome to relax in. We have a porch with ample seating to wind down outside after a long day or have your morning coffee. The gated property is lined with fruit trees, and located on a very quiet street. We also have a guest room available (within reason) if the tenant has a friend coming into town. The best part of the property is my mini Poodle, Baxter he loves to cuddle and play.

The space

The room has a trundle bed that can expand into a king size, a dresser and desk, TV optional. It is in a spacious 4 bedroom house occupied by me and my partner. Our bedroom and bathroom is detached from the main house, so the tenant gets privacy in the main house most of the evening. We write from our office during the day. The main house bathroom is private, unless there are guests over. The tenant will also have access to our guest bedroom if they have a visitor come to town. Neighborhood: Los Feliz is a lovely neighborhood full of great restaurants and bars, as well as local Indie movie, theaters, bookstores, and yoga and Pilates studios. Its very close to the Childrens Hospital and theres easy access to public transit. Its also right down the street from Griffith Park and the observatory, so there are lots of great hikes to do if you like the outdoors.
