This fully furnished apartment is located just a **10-minute walk (about 1.2 miles)** from the heart of downtown Los Gatos, where youll find a variety of great shops, restaurants, and local attractions. The apartment features a separate bedroom, comfortable living area, full bathroom, and a kitchenette, along with a private yard. There is also extra storage space available for personal belongings and/or a bicycle. Laundry facilities are available on the property (not inside the unit) and are shared among tenants in the building. You'll enjoy complete privacy with your own private entrance and one dedicated off-street parking space. The apartment comfortably accommodates up to two adults. You can walk to downtown from the cottages with little effort :) ------------------------ PETS: - -- Dogs -- Are allowed on a case by case basis. Here are a few points that I will consider before hosting your stay in my cottage with your dog. - I will not host dogs that are larger then 25lbs (Owner Discretion) - Your dog should not bark and cry a lot - Dogs will need to remain OFF the bed, couch and other furniture at all times - If your leaving your dog in the cottage alone for long amounts of time it will need to be kept in a crate. - There is an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $300.00 at move in. -- Birds -- - Must not be loud and sing or talk a lot - Must remain covered when not at home - Must remain in there cage at all times -- Cats - - Owner discretion -- Fish are OK.. -- NO EXOTIC PETS AVALIABLILTY UNIT 1 (Cottage A ) will be available around December 10th 2026. Easy to communicate, very kind. The place is very quiet, safe, and convenient, 2 mins walk to the LG blvd. Jan - 2023 I had a great stay! Chris set up a time with me for key hand-off and to show me around the cottage. He was courteous and responsive by text when I had a question. (I only had one question, though! The instructions and local listings were very clear, and there weren't problems while I was there.) The cottage was well-appointed with essentials. The accommodations were exactly as described. It's a short drive from the downtown and is a few blocks from the highway, so perfect for a solo traveler or a couple visiting for work or sightseeing. Safe and quiet neighborhood. April - 2022 A true host. Ive spent a year in the Bay Area living on AirBnB's and Chris's place was the best place Ive stayed. His cottages are a true home, with all you need and more. Chris wants to make sure his guests are at home, I truly had a lovely stay and the location is unbeatable. Ill come back again ! March - 2022 I had an amazing stay in Los Gatos. Chris was very welcoming and his place had everything I needed. Good internet speed and no issues working from home. The outside patio is very cute. The area/neighborhood is super green and safe. Super close to downtown and grocery stores like Whole Foods. I highly recommend. Feb - 2022 These cottages are a gem in Los Gatos. Great location, easy walk into town, short drive to the highway (but no highway noise whatsoever), very quaint residential area. Convenient parking right at your cottage entrance... private and secure (lit at night with security cameras). My cottage was comfortable, well equipped, great room layout and use of the space, and the private patio is a huge bonus (complete with BBQ and outdoor fridge for drinks). Patio is fenced and lockable, so I could store my bike there. Most of all, the owner, Chris, was a pleasure to deal with. He is 100% focused on making your stay a pleasant one; I mentioned that I had medical issues with my back and he immediately began trying to find a better mattress for me! I had to persuade him that the mattress I had was totally new, and did not need to be replaced. All in all, you can't go wrong with this Airbnb. Highly recommended. Jan - 2022 Chris was a great host - so flexible and attentive when our timing for length of stay changed and any needs came up. We stayed on Wheeler for over seven months after selling our house and preparing to leave the Bay Area. We loved the neighborhood, taking walks, going downtown, hiking near by and easily getting to Santa Cruz. We will stay here again when we're in the area. Thanks Chris!
