Private guest suite is nestled beneath a historic home in the heart of Clifton. One block to Frankfort Avenue. Guest parking leads to private guest entrance that opens into an open living and dining space with kitchenette (fridge, microwave, two-burner induction cooktop, air fryer). Bedroom has a queen bed and hanging storage. Couch in the living space folds out to make a second bed if needed. Private full bath, access to laundry, Roku television, WiFi, mini split heat and AC, drop leaf dining table comfortably seats four. You will have access to shared laundry and use of the backyard with patio and fire pit. Your parking place is the driveway in the back of the house, which is connected to your private entrance. You enter below the deck. We have a few family friendly parties in the backyard each year for birthdays and for celebrating the solstice and equinox. We will do everything we can to keep from bothering you but we would also love for you to join us! My daughters, pets, and I live upstairs. You will hear us walking around. If this type of foot noise bothers you, you might choose a different listing. We are happy to do our best to accommodate your quiet hours.

The space

You will be on a lovely residential street that is one block from lively Frankfort Avenue, where you'll find numerous independent shops, coffee, and restaurants. Two blocks in the other direction takes you to Brownsboro Road, which has grocery, gas, drug stores, and many more restaurants. The apartment is a short drive or bike ride from downtown, Cherokee Park, and many other of Louisville's fine features.
