Welcome to your home away from home, a peaceful sanctuary in bustling Louisville. Live like a local in the charming, historic Clifton neighborhood. Our home is located right off Frankfort Ave. Popular among locals, it features some of the best restaurants in the city along with coffee shops, shopping, yoga, Pilates studios, a gym, and a pharmacy. There is also a grocery store less than a mile a way, as well as the best bakery in town (Blue Dog, get the croissant). Nestled on a charming, tree-lined street, our well-kept detached single family house was built in the early 1900s. With hardwood floors, 12-foot ceilings and moulding throughout, it has been completely renovated over the last ten years. The house is furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind, because we know how important it is to relax after a long day. We completely renovated the house with new high-end finishes to compliment the historic detailing. With lots of natural light and a new deep sectional sofa, you're going to find yourself relaxing in the living room more than you care to admit. And with Sonos sound system and a top-of-the-line flatscreen TV, there will be plenty of movie nights. The primary bedroom with new king-sized memory foam bed is located on the main floor, and the second bedroom with a new queen-sized memory foam bed is located upstairs. Both bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. There's a shower downstairs, and bathtub upstairs. Both toilets are equipped with bidets. Soft towels and high-thread-count linens are included with your stay. The house features central heating and air-conditioning with ceiling fans throughout. A wood-burning stove provides warmth with plenty of fuel for winter months. The full gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a Fisher Paykel fridge, GE induction range, Nespresso coffee maker and dishwasher. The Vitamix blender is perfect for morning smoothies. Enjoy a fully-stocked kitchen with restaurant-grade utensils, dishes, and cookware, as well as the cozy eat-in dining area for meals. With remote working in mind, there's a dedicated ergonomic office space with fully-adjustable standing desk, dual monitor set-up and fiber internet. When you're here, you're fully connected to the house with a Smart TV, wireless Sonos sound system, and Phillips Hue smart lights. Never worry about getting locked out with an internet-connected smart lock. The laundry room has a new washer and dryer with a full-sized ironing board and new iron. Behind the house is a big fully-fenced backyard with native plants and flowers, as well as side and rear vegetable gardens. And don't worry about upkeep, lawn care is included. Long story short, you're going to love it here.
