This apartment offers a cozy, quiet getaway and the feeling of being in the mountains with trees surrounding the property borders. During the fall and summer months enjoy walking around the backyard among many apple trees, a bee apiary, garden, and a fire pit stocked with burning logs/limbs for a view of the sky with many stars and sunset colors. There are hiking trails within 5 minutes like Haystack Mountain, and VAST trails for snowmobile, quad and side by side riding, as well as river access to the Missisquoi for fishing and paddling. During the winter months, the backyard is a great place to snowshoe, as well as Jay Peak that offers cross country skiing, ice skating, alpine skiing/snowboarding, indoor climbing wall, snowshoeing and an indoor water park 20 minutes away. The Jay Rec Trails are 15 minutes away offering free access to cross country ski, snowshoe, mountain bike or hiking trails. All utilities included in month rent.

The space

The tenant space is the entire downstairs floor. There is a utility closet storage area, as well attached to the living room that can be used for storage space with shelving. My husband and I live on site on the upstairs floor separated by a second emergency door exit in case of a fire. Being that we live on site, we will be prompt if there are any problems that occur.
