The Orchard House is a furnished two bedroom home offering comfort, quiet, and a deep connection to the natural beauty of northern Vermont. Set on more than a hundred acres of private woodlands and meadows, its the kind of place where you can settle in, breathe deeply, and feel at home for a month or longer. Inside, the home feels warm and grounded, with hardwood floors, natural finishes, and generous windows. The main living and dining area is bright and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a shift, working remotely, or enjoying a slow morning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, cookware, and dinnerware, making home-cooked meals easy. The main floor bedroom features a full bed with room-darkening shades. The spacious downstairs bedroom offers a king bed and naturally low light thanks to its basement level windows, ideal for daytime rest. A bonus living area downstairs provides additional seating, a smart TV, and open space for reading or movie nights. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination, single vanity, and extra storage. Utilities are included, along with fiber internet (100/100 Mbps), washer/dryer, heating, AC, and offstreet parking for at least two vehicles. Outside, enjoy a fire pit on cool evenings and a large yard with a swing set. Step outside and the lifestyle truly opens up. Wander private trails along Hazens Brook, where the water tumbles through the forest toward the Missisquoi headwaters. Pack a picnic and spend an afternoon at the private riverfront beach.
