Very quiet, comfortable and convenient. Recently remodelled bathroom: clean, lots of storage in bathroom and a very large hall shelved closet. New rugs in every room; a nice bright sitting room/office; and a large lving room space with smart TV, couch and recliner. I also provide a bit more than 'starter' supplies for kitchen and bath. Bedrooms have closet and chest of drawer space - the "twin" bedroom has a small antique desk from the 1930s. Each has side tables as well. Bedrooms have nice blackout curtains, comfortable pillows with lots of stored bedding: quiet and comfortable sleeping. Neighbors are very nice - helpful and watchful though the area is quite safe. The kitchen is ready to use. New plates and coffee cups, misrowave, and stove with fan. It has a spice 'island' in the cabinet; and I keep a few emergency foods stocked. Also pots and pans. I dont have an R/O water system; but I keep a water stand that holds a 5 gallon jug (I have two jugs). R/O refil is convenient drive up five blacks away - $1.20 for four gallons. Close to hospitals with enough room in the house and a well enough stocked kitchen to have visitors, given the community of visiting nurses. There is a fenced backyard and a sititng area out the back door.

Can asily put in a bed if 3rd bedroom is needed for larger group; but best as a sitting/desk room for 2 adults and a child. Sitting area in back yard; driveway for parking. Spice rack, bath supplies and washing supplies. Nice neighborhood of single family ,owner occupied homes. Many families are third generation owners. Quiet, convenient to shopping, groceries, restaurants.
