The apartment has one bedroom with a queen-sized mattress, full bathroom with walk-in shower, full laundry, walk-in closet, full kitchen with all major appliances and cooking utensils/pots and pans, dining area with table and two chairs, and living area with couch and television. You will have your own patio area with a small yard. Patio is enclosed by a fence. We have two inside dogs at our personal home that you may occasionally see over the fence. We are located in a calm neighborhood in central Lubbock. Guests will have their own private drive and off-street parking right next to the apartment. The apartment is located directly behind the main house, which is occupied by the host.
