To save time... I am a single woman who lives alone, so I only feel comfortable renting to other females. Sorry, gentlemen. You will have private use of a large bedroom with a walk-in closet, bathroom, office desk and printer. You will also have access to the gourmet kitchen and your own full-size refrigerator. I have a nicely landscaped large yard with outdoor pergola and pool. I am quiet but do have dogs. I have a gate to keep them out of the renter's area of the house. I live walking distance to Walmart, grocery stores, coffee shops, and convenience stores.

The space

You can have a private entrance; it's just more complicated. I have a locked gate and it is hard to see the combination at night. You can also park in the garage. Beautiful and active neighborhood with high-end properties. Walking distance to several grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants.
