The apartment is five minute drive to Hodges Park and 10 minutes drive to Buddy Holly lake and golf course .The house is a 1950 craft built red brick home with ship lap accents. It has all 9 foot ceilings with wood crown. It has gone thru a complete renovation with an adjacent apartment added with its own beautiful porch and entrance. Large dog friendly yard with artificial grass a large red barn. There is a koi pond /waterfall and covered patio currently being added in the back yard.The apartment has been given a lot of attention to detail. The back yard has a forest green 7 foot privacy .fence. There is a 6 foot by 12 foot covered kennel that is available as an option for a dog.

The space

The bed is quality pillow topped full. The property is unique in several ways, it has both front and a very large back and side yards done in a very high quality lush dark green artificial turf. Great for dogs. It comes with the use of an optional day kennel Of course the dog will be fine in the apartment, but weather permitting its an option for 12 hour shifts . The kennel is under roof and 6 feet by 12 feet and has artificial turf. I am currently building a large koi pond/waterfall Quite, safe, Very very close walking or biking distance, (five minute drive) to seven hospitals, the university campus of Texas Tech, and down town restaurants, bars and theaters. Alamo draft house cinema) . Love how they have tables in the theater and serve both food and a full bar to you seats.1.5 hours to Palo duro canyon (Texas Grand Canyon), and 1.5 hours from caprock canyon. Gorgeous hiking with buffalo etc.
