If you are looking for a quiet, private space in a nice neighborhood, this is the place for you. This is a private bed, bath, and living space in a shared 4 bedroom home. All spaces are located on the lower level of a split level home, with a shared entrance. The same level also includes the washer and dryer in a utility room. Your private bedroom is completely furnished with a full bed, large closet, storage shelves, a desk, and chair. All linens are provided. Towels, washcloths, toilet paper, and bathroom cleaning supplies are complimentary. The lower living area is complete with a couch, rocking chair, smart tv, real wood-burning fireplace, and a dining table with chairs. Feel free to check out our many games we have stored in there as well! On the upper level you will find a shared kitchen with full sized fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. All utensils, cookware, and dinnerware will be provided. The upper level also includes the main living area and a formal dining area, along with an additional bathroom you are free to use when necessary. There is a large fenced in backyard you are free to use at any time with a bistro dining set, fire pit, and pellet smoker/grill. My husband and I live in the house along with our 2 golden retrievers, Lewis and Clark. My husband is a software consultant and I am a nurse at UW Health. We are a young professional couple looking to share our space with a respectful and friendly individual. Please reach out to us with any questions! We are located 20 minutes from University Hospital and 10 minutes from Epic. Many grocery options including a Target, Hyvee, Aldi, and Metro Market are within 5 minutes of our home. We are a short drive from downtown Verona, with many unique shops and dining options. There are also many fitness centers close by including Princeton Club, Planet Fitness, and Dragonfly Hot Yoga. Nearby are both Elver park and a section of the Ice Age Trail, which allow for ample outdoor recreation including hiking, biking, pickleball, cross country skiing, ice skating, and more. We are in a very convenient location to get in the car and be to any area of Madison in 10-20 minutes!
