OVERVIEW Welcome to our 1 bed, 1 bath ADU built in 2024. The 416 square foot home comfortably fits up to 2 people and boasts a full-size kitchen, in-unit washer & dryer, Queen bed, and private entryway and backyard. Thought and care went into every detail of this home including dimmable canned lighting, mini split for year round heating and cooling, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and stylish yet comfortable furnishings. The home is deep cleaned between every stay to preserve the like-new feel. We hope you love the home as much as we loved creating it for you. THE LOCATION The home is a detached ADU (small house) nestled in the backyard behind the main residence. There are no shared walls or spaces. The small house is fenced on all sides which allows for a cozy and private front yard, side walkway, and backyard. The centrally located residential neighborhood is safe and friendly. We've lived in this neighborhood for 8 years and have never experienced any crime or danger. MEET THE HOSTS Hi! Im Onycha. My husband and I live in the main house along with our children. If you're outside when the weather's nice you'll probably hear our children playing in the yard next to you. The ADU is of course thoroughly insulated to promote a quiet and peaceful environment when inside. LIVING ROOM / KITCHEN Step inside to a bright and inviting open-concept living room and kitchen with a faux leather sofa, 40" Smart ROKU TV, Wi-Fi, bar height dining table with 2 stools, and a stocked kitchen with coffee and cooking essentials. There is also a multi-device charging station compatible with Apple or Andriod. BEDROOM / BATHROOM The bedroom is thoughtfully laid out with a Queen bed, blackout curtains, wireless phone charger, dimmable side lamps, full length mirror closet doors, and en suite bathroom complete with tub and shower combo, towels, and essential toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and toilet paper). Tucked into the corner of the bedroom is the laundry room with a full size stackable washer and dryer for your exclusive use. BACKYARD Out the front door and around to the back of the home is your own private backyard. In the Spring to Fall, wind down in the evening amidst the glow of twinkling string lights sipping your favorite beverage while warming yourself by the propane fire pit. There is an exterior light switch at the back of the house to easily turn on the string lights. While the house is completely fenced on all sides, one side in the backyard facing our neighbors has a half-height fence. We rather like it as it allows you to see more of Oregon's beautiful sunsets. PARKING & ENTRY Street parking available. Looking toward the main residence, follow the concrete path along the left side of the main house to the ADU entrance. This is a gate with a pull string to open the latch and 4 steps up to the front door. SECURITY There are security cameras on the property; one doorbell camera and two cameras facing the driveway.
