Tucked away next to Titus Mountain Family Ski Center and the Salmon River, this cottage is ideal for 1-3 medical professionals, a couple, or a small family. With a spacious kitchen, dining room, living room and half bath on the first floor and three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, this comfortable house is a great place to relax. You can walk to the Salmon River, and the main lift at Titus is right across the street. Enjoy your meals in the newly renovated sunroom and watch the sunset from the covered porch. All the mattresses are new, the queen bed is a Tempurpedic mattress.

The space

If you like to ski or hike, Titus Mountain is right across the street. The main lift is a five minute walk. There is a brook that flows next to the house and the Salmon River is a short walk through the backyard. We have a garage that could be used for parking and/or storage. There is a window air conditioner upstairs.
