Apartment · 264 sq ft · 1 bed · 1 bath · No pets allowed.

Renters have access to the best of our shared property's amenities, including the pool, sauna, and outdoor spaces, which includes a new full-sized pickle ball court! Because we live on a shared property among relatives, guests can expect there to be children playing with siblings and cousins on the property, so careful driving is appreciated.

The space

This studio loft is a completely separate entrance from our home and is right above our garage. There are no shared walls with our family's living space. There's a stacked laundry/dryer right next to the full bath. Also, there's a small but fully equipped kitchenette with a fridge, oven, microwave, and range (no dishwasher). The loft overlooks the rest of the property and feels like a peaceful tree-house among our elms. All our renters have commented on the peaceful experience of staying in the loft. We live in a private gated community among other relatives, with a shared driveway to our house.
