Located in a very quiet cul-de-sac with no passing traffic. Very peaceful surrounds. Property backs up to 150 acres of green belt. It's a country feel but just two miles to the on ramp of SH45 that takes you straight to downtown Austin. Private use of a large swimming pool is available by arrangement - we use an online calendar to book pool access.

The space

The first floor of our cottage is an open plan living room/kitchen. Upstairs is a bedroom with queen bed, and a full bathroom ensuite. A futon downstairs, which can accommodate two guests. We supply all bed linens and towels. We do housekeeping and laundry before and after your stay, but weekly housekeeping can also be arranged @$80/cleaning. The cottage has its own washer / dryer. NOTE: as the bathroom is upstairs the property is not suitable for anyone with difficulty climbing stairs Super quiet neighborhood 20 minutes south of downtown Austin. Two miles from access to SH45 which connects into Austin.
