UTILITIES, WIFI, HOUSEKEEPER INCLUDED IN RENT I am between SF & NY, I have a family house close by in the Lower Hudson Valley, so I am often there when in NY. I stay at the condo when I have an early report for work, or consecutive long days. I have been spending the majority of the year, caring for my mother and father in SF, so my presence in NYC is pretty quiet. The building has 8 condo units, occupied by professionals. The building is safe, security cameras and well lit. There is a grocery store on the corner, and great coffee, food, and bars within a block. Previous guests have been Columbia students, nurses, and doctors. Others have been builders on contract. Tenants love their privacy, the quiet atmosphere, personal HVAC in room, closet space, and kitchen. Everyone loves the washer dryer, big screen tv in living room, and how close the subways and parks are.
