An opportunity too good to pass up! Welcome to a room in our luxurious apartment on the 22nd floor of a secure building, offering stunning views and a comfortable stay. This is a 3-bedroom 2-bathroom apartment. I am looking for a tenant who is quiet in common areas and mindful of the other roommates in the apartment. We keep the shared spaces (kitchen and living room) clean and tidy, and this is not a party apartment. This is not an apartment for hosting if you're someone who likes to host frequently. Generally speaking, we rarely have guests over and prefer to keep it that way to keep the home peaceful and relaxed for everyone. This is the ideal location on the UES and is easily accessible to public transportation and stores. This room includes a queen-size bed, shared bathroom, and walk-in closet. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. The indoor amenities include high ceilings, providing a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. The flooring material is hardwood with area rugs, providing a clean and modern look. One roommate is 30F and works in corporate philanthropy. She's very nice and clean. You would be sharing the bathroom with her and you MUST keep the bathroom clean and toilet seat/lid down. Myself, I am a retired 81 male who spends most of my time in my room and I prefer to keep to myself. *Not available for couples or pets.
