This 100 year old gem has been painted, new roof, hvac, two large bedrooms, new mattresses, new updated bathroom (wait until you see this tub and shower!) I chose charming furnishings to make it homey. New kitchen appliances. Big bedrooms. Good WiFi. Smart televisions. We are very dog friendly with a fenced in yard. Great dog walking neighborhood. New washer/dryer. Small garage. Very bright with lots of windows, gleaming original floors. Tons of charm. Maplewood boasts great food and pubs. Close to downtown. I pay utilities.
