The Marvin Braude Bike Trail runs behind the house and offers great coastal rides all the way from Malibu to Palos Verdes, and connects to Venice Beach and the Santa Monica Pier. In the summer, you can enjoy free concerts at the local Burton Chace Park. Internet and power fees are included in the rental price. Its all inclusive. The property has security cameras and a dog. Within a five-minute walk, you'll be at the marina, admiring the boats. You're also within easy walking distance of Abbott Kinney Boulevard, known for its fantastic shopping and vibrant atmosphere, including the popular First Fridays food truck events and other regular happenings. Nearby Mother's Beach provides bicycle and paddleboard rentals, and you'll find several restaurants right on the sand. It's a very bikeable lifestyle here, and I often ride to Trader Joe's right off the bike path. What's fantastic about this location is that even though you're in a well-connected area with all its conveniences, the immediate neighborhood has a surprisingly peaceful and quiet feel. You really get the best of both worlds: a relaxed place to live with incredible access to everything Marina del Rey and the surrounding areas offer. It's a truly fantastic way to experience the best LA has to offer.

Two convenient closets are located at the entrance. Located in the backyard and bordered by decking, the guest house offers a secure and tranquil environment, fully enclosed by an attractive fence and natural plantings. All tenants must be 21 years or older & we require proof of employment as part of the screening process. Neighborhood: This guest house is situated in the residential Oxford Triangle of Marina del Rey (bordering Venice Bch), a neighborhood characterized by a mix of single-family homes, condominiums, and townhouses. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with relatively low vehicle traffic, making for pleasant walks to nearby local shops and the beach. The vibrant shops and restaurants of Abbott Kinney Blvd in Venice are also easily accessible from this well-located property.
