Located on the back entrance to the Apple B&B Bed and Breakfast, the Splendour Apartment has its own private entrance, semi-private balcony with table and four chairs overlooking beautifully landscaped shared back yard with patio, grass and apple trees. The Apple B&B is a beautifully renovated historic building originally built in 1849. Recent renovations bring the building and this apartment to fully modern HVAC, electricity and plumbing. Security is our 10 camera system on the exterior only of the building. The apartment has a living room with a pull out couch and smart TV with Wifi; Full kitchen with all appliances including icemaker in Fridge freezer, microwave and coffee maker; Bedroom with full size bed, bench with drawers and closet; Bathroom with beautiful shower, sink and commode. Pick up and delivery laundry services available or credit for laundromat. Neighborhood is very walkable/runnable and within walking distance of many fine and casual restaurants including three of the best restaurants in Martinsburg. Thai Martinsburg is directly across the street; Brix 27 wine bar and tapas is only 1 1/2 blocks away and Stoney's Whiskey, Wine and Raw Bar is three blocks away. The new Garage Food Hall is three blocks away as well. Community Cup Coffee and More and Habanero Mexican anre a block away. Sweet Hut Cafe is three blocks away. Mama Boyds breakfast and linch just opened as well as a new bakery shop and a gelato shop. Building also includes new Parasimple Massage, Yoga and Reiki studio!
