BEDROOMS & BATHS Both roomy bedrooms have comfortable queen beds, dedicated workstations, room-darkening shades and drapes, white-noise machines, wall air conditioning, and natural light. The front bedroom has a large reach-in closet. The larger bedroom has a closet, wardrobe, and its own private half bath with a sink and toilet. The entry room has a double-wide closet for coats and luggage. The newly remodeled full bathroom off the main hall has a tub/shower, tiled walls, safety grab bars, a vanity, a mirrored cabinet, and an exhaust fan. Both bathrooms are private to this apartment. LIVING & KITCHEN The living room has a 60-inch smart TV, a comfortable couch, and sliding doors that open directly onto your private back deck, with a table and seating for four. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with an ice maker and water filter, toaster oven, Keurig or drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, utensils, and seating for four. INCLUDED Heat, hot water, and high-speed Wi-Fi are included. The apartment has its own washer and dryer in a hall closet, plus two off-street parking spaces. Electricity includes a $150 monthly allowance, totaled over the full stay. Any actual metered electricity cost above the total allowance is due at move-out. Unused allowance is not refunded. We clean the apartment before each new stay at no additional charge. OPTIONAL HOUSEKEEPING You can arrange housekeeping during your stay for an additional fee, quoted in advance.
