Great location, close to both downtown Rutland and Killington/Pico ski areas. The hospital is a a short 1.7 miles from the supermarket and Walmart in downtown Rutland. Private ski locker inside building by the back door. The property is timely plowed and shoveled, The living room is comfortable and lovely, especially with the fireplace on in the winter. The bedrooms are spacious, with a desk and executive chair in one bedroom. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, not a queen. The listing program does not provide that choice, so I chose queen. The unit is available from 11/1/26-4/30/27, although I may be able to be slightly flexible on those dates, up to about a week earlier and/or later.

The space

My condo has a gas fireplace and a balcony. It was redone in 2022, with new painting, flooring, window treatments and new furniture. Although Gateway Court is right off Route 4, it feels like a cozy haven secluded in the woods.
