Welcome! If you're looking for a comfortable monthly rental with a quiet environment and your own private bedroom, this queen-bedroom rental offers a simple and inviting place to stay. Your private bedroom is the larger of the two rental bedrooms and comes furnished with a queen-size bed. The furniture, bedding, and other furnishings in this room are brand new, giving the space a fresh feel from the start. A large closet provides ample space to organize clothing and personal belongings during a longer stay. The bedroom also has its own television, seating, and blackout curtains, so you can relax privately and control the amount of natural light when you're resting. Utilities are included with the monthly rental. The home uses dual heating and air conditioning, with separate temperature controls for the upstairs and downstairs areas. Street parking is available. The home has an open-concept kitchen, living, and dining layout. A desk and chair are also provided in the shared portion of the home if you need a place to sit down with a laptop or handle everyday tasks. Outdoor spaces include a deck with a gazebo, a table, and chairs, as well as an additional seating area. There is also a covered front porch with seating. This is a quiet home environment that works well for a monthly stay, particularly if you value having a generously sized private bedroom while still having access to practical household spaces. We hope your stay feels comfortable, peaceful, and easy from the day you arrive.
