The plain & Fancy Farmhouse -The original Edson Family home built in 1850, is Greek architectural redeeming, with Greek revival prominence, detailed w/ Victorian brackets and fascia boards. The 2nd level MBR has window gables providing a sense of romance. On the second floor there are 2 large bedrooms with more views of the Catskill mountains. Also, a study room. The owner takes pride in displaying the beautiful antiques & relics from the original throughout the Plain & Fancy farmhouse. Two new HVAC units were installed in 2023 making for comfort and relaxation throughout this lodging place. The entire property was completely restored and renovated in 2023. A delightful place to stay for healthcare professionals. This property is listed as a shared large apartment (ROOM IN A HOUSE).

The space

Shared living arrangements with fellow nurses are invited. Our five bedroom, two-bathroom apartments feature full showers. Our pricing structure includes $2400 for individual occupancy, $1200 for dual occupancy, and $800 per person for triple occupancy. You have the flexibility to choose.
