The deck can be accessed from the end of the driveway, from the dining room or from the back yard. The cottage is on shared land with the homeowners. The property is flat at the buildings and has a tree covered slope down to Arrowhead lake. The cottage also has a private backyard with fence on three sides and fire pit with Adirondack chairs
