A large 12" x 14" spacious, private room with a queen-size bed in a recently renovated 1898 Victorian home ( to code Jan 2020) with over 1500 square feet of common area which includes two sitting rooms, office space, and shared kitchen and laundry room. All new appliances and all basic cooking spices and condiments, maple syrup, and regional jellies are provided. The laundry room includes storage for your supplies as does the upstairs bathroom. The home is shared with the owner and the dog. It's an easy commute to St. Albans or Burlington in a quiet neighborhood. Public transportation is available across the street. The monthly rate is calculated at $50/day plus the pet fee (if applicable) with a minimum 45 day stay. No cleaning fees or other misc. charges are required. The rooms are single occupancy only. with no overnight guests. All linens and many kitchen pantry items are included (a list is provided upon completion of the lease). FEMALE MEDICAL TRAVELERS ONLY

The space

Milton, Vermonts historic district, centered around Main Street, features a well-preserved collection of 19th-century buildings that once served as the town's primary economic hub. The area includes charming, historic homes and former commercial buildingsincluding the old Railroad Depotshowcasing the town's dairying and early industrial history. My home was built by the Ryan family original owners of what is now L.D. Oliver Seed Co. (formally Ryan Food and Grain).
