I am currently seeking traveling nurses to occupy/share a non-smoking two bedroom downstairs, one bath apartment in Milton, Vermont. Close to I 89 North and South. Easy access to Northwest Medical Center (St. Albans, VT) and the University of Vermont Medical Center (Burlington, VT) and other Medical Facilities. Rent is $50.00 a day or $1500.00 per month per renter/per room. I do ask for a $500 deposit to hold the space/room, which will be applied towards your first months rent. References required. Currently we have one other traveler renting one of the bedrooms until April 3, 2023. This is a move in ready furnished apartment which includes all utilities (heat, lights, trash and water), Internet, WIFI and Cable TV Services (Comcast) are also included. The Kitchen/Living space and bathroom will be shared by other renter. Each bedroom will have doors that lock. Private entrance to apartment. The kitchen is fully stocked with dinnerware, drinking glasses, cookware, bakeware, crock pots and automatic coffee maker and kitchen gadgets. Some started coffee and tea available. The bedrooms are equipped with full beds, bureau and extra bedding. The bathroom is equipped with bath and hand towels. Some started toilet paper and paper towels available. Some cleaning supplies available. Neighborhood is safe and quiet. Close to stores and all your shopping needs with the piece of country setting. Close to the beautiful Champlain Islands, State Parks, Area Golf Courses and Ski Resorts. Owners live on premises upstairs and are people and pet friendly.
