Nestled on a quiet one-acre corner lot in a riverside neighborhood, the space is designed as a retreat complete with a cozy wood stove, printer/monitor, fully equipped kitchen, attractive mid-century design, yoga mats, comfy beds, charcoal grill, an herb garden, large carport, and a two-car garage. A lovely walk down the lane takes you to the river and boat launch. Centrally located between Burlington and the Lake Champlain Islands in one direction and the ski slopes in another. Great biking area.

The space

Our place will be available mid-October this year through April 2027. Rent includes electricity, heat, water, firewood, wifi, snowplowing, garbage/recycling, once a month housekeeping, pest control, and 1 car garage.
