This is a private 1 bed/1 bath unit in a triplex. The home is tucked away on a lovely lot with plenty of space but has easy access to I-89 and downtown Montpelier. It is also just 5 minutes from CVMC. The unit has its own entrance. There is private parking in the driveway for 1-2 cars. The home includes an entryway, living room, bedroom with two closets and dresser, full kitchen with granite counter tops and dining table, bathroom including shower with rainfall shower head, washer/dryer in the unit. It is fully furnished with all utilities and wifi included. It is a smoke free space. Pets are welcome. We are a former travel healthcare/teacher couple who came to Vermont on a travel contract and decided to make it our home. We look forward to providing a comfortable, inviting, and well-appointed stay for our guests!
