Beautiful private bed & full bath suite on the entire third floor of a family home in lovely neighborhood. Shared entrance and first floor stairway. Large backyard with peaceful and scenic river in the backyard. Easy walk to beautiful natural areas, an extensive trail network, Hubbard Park and downtown Montpelier. We have a garden and fruit trees, and you are welcome to borrow our canoe or kayak or go swimming in the river, + cross-country ski or ice skate on the river in the winter.

The space

This is a beautiful third floor bedroom suite, with large walk-in closet, pull-out futon couch for guests, desk, mini fridge, and full bathroom. NOTE--We are a family of three and because of the shared space with a minor we are seeking a female tenant only. We have a sweet indoor cat named Sebastian (who does not go into the third floor). Use of washer and dryer, kitchen, and of shared spaces are all welcome, with reasonable consideration of sharing the rest of the house with our family.
