The house was built in 1870, and has been carefully and thoughtfully maintained in its original style. I've been collecting antiques for 60 years, and the house is filled with beautiful old furniture and rugs. It is located on a quiet one-way Street with views of the cathedral, the capital dome, city hall, and Victorian buildings. All city services are within 5-10 minutes walk: grocery stores, movie theaters, city hall, the capital, a health food store, the post office, and all the services that you would expect to find in a good sized town.

The space

The house has a bath with a soaking tub and shower, two bedrooms, two separate offices (which make it a good house for two people to share), a kitchen with many professional features and small appliances, a dining room, living room, and baking pantry. The floors are wood with many Oriental rugs. We leave a fully stocked house: cleaning supplies, pantry and fridge staples, bathroom necessities, office supplies, and everything you would need to move in and be settled without purchasing a single thing.
