I am working on a few updates to the physical space, including a dryer on the porch. I will post updated photos whenever I can. The current bed is a full size bed; however, there is a queen that could be swapped in if needed. There are also multiple parking areas. I don't know how to edit that but there is more than 1 space This Studio ADU is attached to my house. During the renovation the parti wall was decoupled and there is good sonic isolation for sleep and privacy. I try to equip it with the basics and will provide a complete list of everything I am aware is in the unit. If there is something you are wondering about, just ask. Trails into a beautiful park-like setting out the back door, a big yard and really friendly neighborhood. You can walk downtown in about 20-25 minutes on quiet roads and sidewalks. Tile and wood floors, cabinets, tile in the shower and beautiful views out the window of the surrounding forest. It is an easy to clean space with enough room to relax. Cleaning fee and pet fee are included here because of past problems. I am open to discussing alternative arrangements that are fair to everyone and assure that damage or excessive mess is able to be addressed. If I meet your pet, that would go a long way to feeling comfortable.

The space

The studio is one room, but there are options to create separate zones for work and life and I have had multiple couples live there successfully. If a room divider was of interest, we could discuss options for adding one. Opportunities to work trade or share in snow removal. There is only a washing machine in the space, though I plan to add a dryer on the porch in the future. Laundry line and drying rack available, though clothes drying should not happen indoors except in the driest part of winter.
