It is a very charming cedar-shingled house in a quiet and sweet residential neighborhood. We have a beautiful porch accessible from the kitchen that gets stunning views all day and sunsets in the evening. It is in a very friendly neighborhood and located on a popular dog-walking route.

The space

The first floor includes a kitchen/ dining room, living room, full bathroom, two offices and primary bedroom. The larger office has a very comfortable fold-out couch should you want the extra bedroom. Downstairs is a walk-out basement and includes a "rec" room, a large bedroom and a second bathroom with in-unit laundry. The rec room also has a fold out couch with the possibility for guests. There is an attached garage and in winters, we have used the smaller office as a spacious mudroom for outdoor gear.
