We are in a quiet and beautiful area just 10-12 mins from downtown Montpelier. We like the apartment just as much as our house! It's new, clean, modern, and very comfortable. It is above my workshop. I may be in there tinkering from time to time, but it's not a space that will be producing lots of noise, and I can cater to your needs as far as consistent quiet time. We have a very friendly beagle (who is quiet and mostly on-leash) and a cat. Neither have been in or are allowed in the apartment. We have two kids (8 and 10).
The space
Beautiful new apartment. Private, lots of natural light, very efficient and comfortable heating, has everything you need. Internet/streaming services/TV and all utilities included. We are on a dirt road (typical for Vermont) that is 1.9 miles from pavement. An AWD vehicle with good clearance is advisable during Vermont's "Mud Season".
